Hi, I’m Tanya, the artist and facilitator behind Mindful Ability Creations.
With a background in psychology, early childhood, disability and community work, I’ve spent many years incorporating art, craft and fun into the sessions and groups I facilitate.
Through intuitive art, alcohol inks and art journalling, I explore creativity, mindfulness and personal reflection.
